Amanda Berg (b. 1989) is a New Jersey born photographer. She graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology with a BFA in Photojournalism and a concentration in Philosophy. During her junior year she began documenting binge drinking among her fellow undergraduate women. The Alexia Foundation recognized this project in 2011 by awarding it first place in their student competition. She continues to explore this issue through photography, audio and experimental documentary.

In October 2011 Amanda attended the 24th Eddie Adams Workshop and began a photo internship at the Fayetteville Observer in Fayetteville, North Carolina, where she continues to work today. (April 2012).
